How can I use EECOL.com?

EECOL.com offers AI-powered search to help you find products through filters or by typing in key terms. Account management and viewing available inventory is easy, as is quick cart population, and order tracking.

What can I buy on EECOL.com?

EECOL.com provides an extensive collection of more than 50,000 products that can be conveniently bought online.

Is online ordering a good option for me?

Online ordering is ideal for anyone who values convenience and prefers to place orders anytime, anywhere.

I am a new EECOL customer and I want to shop online.

Head over to the login page and click on Sign Up to register for online access.

What pricing will I see?

When you log in, you’ll find the pricing for your account is personalized to you. It reflects any special pricing agreements in place on your EECOL customer account.

What are my shipping and pick-up options?

You can either pick up your purchase at a nearby branch or have it shipped direct to a specified location.

If you prefer to have your order shipped, you can even use your own courier or take advantage of our standard courier service. Either way, you can expect in-stock items to arrive within just 1-3 business days.

Cash account customers must pick-up their order and pay for the order at the branch upon pick up. Customers who have a credit card on file will have their order payment processed by our account team

How long does it take to process an order?

Order processing can vary depending on inventory availability. If the branch has all the items in stock, your order can be processed or picked up within 2-4 business hours. If the items need to be transferred from another branch, the order can be completed within 1-3 business days.

How can I see my order status?

You can view your order status by navigating to Order History in the Account menu.

Where can I find an invoice?

Customers can view their invoices in Order History. For completed orders, under the Invoice # heading, there will be a link to the invoice/s.

I have saved carts in my Action@EECOL account, can I move them to EECOL.com?

Yes, the process is easy.

Simply export your saved cart/s from Action@EECOL to Excel, then upload it to the Quick Order tab and click 'add to saved list'. The Saved Lists functionality in EECOL.com is replacing the Saved Carts functionality that was available in Action@EECOL

What’s happening to Action@EECOL?

Action@EECOL will be turned off by the end of 2023. We’re here to support all current Action@EECOL users move over to EECOL.com for online ordering.

Our new experience at EECOL.com is powered by a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform that is both user-friendly and intuitive, which will allow us to enhance our search function, and offer personalized product recommendations. Updates and feature enhancements will be released regularly to optimize your shopping experience.
